Rhett Novy

Meet Rhett, one of the newest members of the Yellowtail family.  Rhett is a Florida State University Alum with a bachelor’s degree in real estate. He is formally educated in the field of finance, investment strategies, and evaluations.

Rhett has real world experience in commercial real property appraising, as well as working in the analytical field within commercial and residential real estate.

With a fresh perspective and raw enthusiasm, he joined the commercial division.  He enjoys developing new relationships, and within a short time frame has qualified buyers, tenants, and investors that he represents.  Since FLEX SPACE is now a hot commodity, Rhett has his finger on the pulse of what is happening in the current industrial segment.

He is a resident of Odessa, FL and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. When Rhett is not socializing, he passes the time sketching and creating brilliant artwork.
The Florida weather is perfect for Rhett, as he enjoys water skiing and making deals happen on the golf course.
