I have been on both sides of the transaction, from buying and flipping my own personal properties in Australia, to buying, flipping, and holding rental properties and growing my own portfolio here in America.
The most important aspect of my sales career is my integrity. I ALWAYS follow through for my buyers or sellers and treat their transactions as if they were my own.
I have a great rapport with my clients and feel very honored to be able to work with them. The most rewarding part of my job is not the commission that is derived from the transaction but the joy and happiness my clients have when they are securing their dream home. I really do get a kick out of watching their faces when I hand them the keys to their new home complete with their own Australian memorabilia being a Kangaroo or Koala keyring. If I say to you I will call, I will, if you call me and I don’t answer, I will call you back immediately. There can be a lot of apathy when dealing with salespeople but not with me.
I come from a very strong sales background in Australia where I held a role as National Sales Manager dealing with salespeople; so I do understand the frustrations clients may occasionally experience.
