Georgia is the President and Broker of Yellowtail Realty Advisors LLC.

Georgia is a true Tampa Native (born in the original St Joe’s Hospital and raised by a MLB player turned coach and Banker) knows the area better than most. She’s a USF alumna, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from the College of Business. Post- college, (“her second life”), she gained years of corporate experience in the sales world and then formed a powerful event planning company. Her company went on to become an internationally recognized planning firm while earning the prestigious “International Event Planner of the Year” by Special Events for 3 years in a row.

Her professional career took a left turn when jumping into commercial real estate to expand the event business led her to a new passionate skill. Fast forward to today while she is living “her third life”; you find her as a broker/owner specializing in multiple facets of Income Producing and Owner User properties; which includes (and certainly not limited to) ground up development, leasing for grocery anchored centers, big box developments, out-parcel developments, and single NNN Investments.

Having a solid professional presence in Tampa since 1991, Georgia has become a well-known and respected expert in her field. All of her clients share an appreciation for incomparable work ethic, honesty, and the ability to execute even the toughest of challenges. Her well recognized and awarded background in corporate business and marketing has given her the perfect blend of organizational/social skills and personality needed to handle big business. She lives in Land O Lakes with her family and rescue dogs. Her daughter is a graduate of UF and heading to VET School and son is a Finance Major student at UCF.

She is a member of: The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Florida Gulfcoast Commercial (FGCAR), Strategic Alliance Group of Tampa Bay, National Association of Realtors (NAR), and The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. She was recently nominated for Business Woman of the Year from TBBJ and chosen as a “Face of Tampa Bay” by Metro Magazine. “Multi Million Dollar producer” Award by FGCAR, Coolest Office Space of Tampa Bay awarded 2018, 2019 by TBBJ. The company has been a finalist for Small Business of the Year in 2018, and nominated for Outstanding Leader of the Year for GTCC in 2020.
