Dean Diakonis

This is Dean Diakonis, born as Konstantine Diakonis in Chicago, IL.  Dean has always had a drive and a determination to him, even as a toddler.  After working with his family in the restaurant business and studying at the University of Illinois, Dean took a right turn.  The residential real estate industry in Chicago, IL was lucky to have him in 2013 when he became one of the top producing agents in the North Shore.

Winters get old and the weather gets older, so Dean decided it was time for some warmer weather and headed to sunny Florida. When asked why he chose Tampa, he explained that the growth of the Bay Area was astonishing, and he needed to be in the center of it.  With Florida life as bright and cheerful as it is, mixed with beaches, warm weather, and lots of sun….what more can a man ask for?
